Trinity Barton was looking forward to the 70-inch flat screen on Friday, showing a four-dimensional view of the little man he had been waiting for for about nine months.
It was the second time that the expectant mother went to Hello Baby! in May, when Allie Watts opened business in Burlington 606 Spring St. The 3D, 4D, high-precision, non-diagnostic ultrasound studio is the only one of its kind in southeastern Iowa, northeast of Illinois.
“He’s super personal, so the experience makes it a lot of fun,” Barton said of Watts.
Watts realized his passion for choice sonography eight years ago when he and his sister went to a 3D ultrasound studio.
“We had to go a long way, we did that, so when we were at his appointment, I realized I wanted to do an ultrasound, I wanted to bring that kind of studio to the families here in Burlington,” Watts said. “But I wanted to go to school first to get an education.”
So Watts, a graduate of Mediapolis High School, completed an ultrasound program at Scott Community College in Betendorf. After two years of clinical experience in the hospital, as an ultrasound medical technology և diagnostic sonographer, Watts decided he was ready to make his dream come true.
He found a place to house a reception, a waiting room, a spacious ultrasound room, a gift shop, and a Samsung-grade ultrasound set with 4D 4 HD capabilities.
Pregnant women who are not at risk for complications can expect to have two ultrasounds during their pregnancy at their doctor’s office. Hello little one! allows parents and their family and friends to see the baby more often.

What packages does Hello Baby make? offer?
One Sonogram package is available for $ 49 to $ 159, and there are two visit packages for $ 209. The 4D HD + package, which includes 7-10 print images with a few black-and-white sessions և videos, has been the most popular to date. Digital files of all images made will be provided to mom.
Watts performs 2D, black-and-white ultrasound examinations for as little as 12 weeks, and recommends 4D for 27 to 33 weeks.
“There is enough space at that moment where we can see enough of the baby, more of the whole face than just parts of it,” Watts explained. “4D is really a live movement of a child, so we can yawn at the whole video or the different emotions that the child shows on the face, any smile. It’s just wonderful to see children make facial expressions. անք respond to our touch և to everything. ”
On Friday, Watts witnessed an intrauterine concussion as Barton gently squeezed his abdomen in an attempt to persuade his premature baby to remove his hand from his face.
Hello little one! can give expectant mothers an ultrasound at 16 weeks to report the sex of their baby as early as eight weeks through a Sneak Peek test that requires blood. These tests are performed by registered nurse Thierry Hams.
Barton, her husband Chris, preferring to be surprised, decided not to tell them the sex of their baby.
As Watts walked around Barton’s belly with a sonogram converter to look for an angle that would better reveal the features of Baby Barton’s face, Barton’s daughter Lillianne, who was celebrating her second birthday on Sunday, turned her attention to the designated toys. Stuffed animals in a gift shop.
Plush toys may be accompanied by fetal heartbeat recordings made during sonograms. Other items in the gift shop include safe sex detection options such as candy cannons, cigarette butts, balloons, baby bows, Fifth Daisy, and an online boutique owned by Watts’s sister, Courtney Allen.
As Liliana huddled between her mother’s toys, Barton’s mother, Yuli Hou, stared out the window at her little granddaughter.

“It’s a great way to see your kiddo a few times before you see real life”
The sonogram room is located like a living room, with a sofa and chairs placed near the showcase. On Friday, Waters made the final emphasis needed to offer live broadcasts of client sessions lasting 20 to 45 minutes for family members who may not be present.
Watts found that many of his clients liked to bring their families to their sessions, especially with the limitations of COVID-19 visitors, which limit the number of people who may be present during a clinical ultrasound.
“A lot of people want to come and have a baby, because unfortunately they can’t do that right now,” Watts said.
Watts has seen 70 to 80 customers since the launch of Hello Baby. on May 11.
“Having a baby is a very interesting moment in people’s lives, it’s something you can share with your family by bringing them here, seeing the baby before it is born,” he said. “You can see what the baby looks like. You can see what gender you are, watch the facial expressions live on that 4D. To be able to go in and see that when they vote, it’s really great. “
Barton found that the courses helped to further strengthen his connection with the future child.
“I think it’s a great way to see your kiddo a few times before real life,” Barton said. “Sometimes it can be harder to communicate when you have a child, because you are so busy chasing children, chasing them, everything like that, so I think that’s another great way to see them. It’s not just that straight black and white. “

Barton is also excited to have a business like Hello Baby. In southeastern Iowa.
“It’s crazy the businesses that come to the city, the opportunities that you only see in big cities, for which people have to travel miles, so I was very excited to hear that (Watts) is doing it,” Barton said. :
